Overnight Supervisor/Lodging Counselor
Overnight Supervisors are responsible for watching and cuddling our furry guests while they sleep, ensuring their safety, comfort, and happiness throughout the night. They have a passion for animals and a desire to provide exceptional care to our guests. Working at Dogtown is a unique and rewarding experience, and the Overnight Supervisor position is one of the most enjoyable jobs we have to offer.
Client Care Counselor / Supervisor
Dogtown Supervisors – also known as Client Care Counselors – are essential to the daily success of our stores. These team leads are charismatic, hands-on, and passionate about delivering exceptional care to both dogs and their humans. Whether leading back-of-house operations (supporting dogs, handlers, and daycare flow) or front-of-house customer experiences (supporting clients, scheduling, and service inquiries), Supervisors set the tone for the shift and help ensure smooth, safe, and customer-focused operations.
Supervisors are flexible and well-rounded – capable of jumping in where needed, leading by example, and acting as an extension of the General Manager. They are the face of Dogtown during their shifts, and they carry the responsibility of upholding our standards of care, customer service, and teamwork.
General Manager
Dogtown is growing, and we are always looking out for potential candidates to run future stores. Being a general manager means wearing many hats and taking on a diverse set of responsibilities. The Dogtown general manager is truly the soul of our organization and runs their store like he or she owns it and shares in its success. Many of our general managers begin as daycare counselors or supervisors, learn the organization, and move up from there.
Groomers
Dog Groomers at Dogtown provide exceptional grooming services to our wonderful clients and are team players! The ideal groomer is passionate about caring for dogs and is often trained at our facility. We are always looking out for excellent groomer candidates who want to be part of our incredible team.
Bathers
Our Bathers are compassionate and detail-oriented members of our team who provide exceptional bathing and grooming services for dogs in our daycare facility. The ideal bather is someone who loves working with dogs and has a passion for ensuring they look and feel their best.
Trainers
Our trainers are skilled and compassionate and provide exceptional training services for dogs in our daycare facility. Our training philosophy is based on positive reinforcement methods, and we are always looking out for outstanding candidates who are passionate about using these methods to help dogs learn and grow.

Customer Concierge
The Customer Concierge is the gatekeeper and first impression of Dogtown, setting the tone for every customer interaction on the phone and other modes of communication. As the first point of contact for new and existing clients, this role is responsible for creating a welcoming, informative, and seamless experience. Whether answering inquiries, booking services, or addressing customer needs across phone, messenging, email, and social media, the Customer Concierge ensures that every interaction reflects Dogtown’s commitment to exceptional care and service. This position plays a vital role in building trust, maintaining strong customer relationships, and upholding the values that make Dogtown stand out.
Director
At Dogtown, our Directors are the connective tissue between our executive leadership and store teams. They are not assigned to a single store—but to all of them. Each Director holds a specialty (e.g., HR, Facilities, Customer Care, Operations, Workforce), but all share one unifying mission: to support the success of every Dogtown location and leader, upholding company values, systems, and culture with excellence.
Directors are senior-level team players who serve as strategic implementers, proactive problem-solvers, and frontline supporters for our stores. They don’t just reinforce company standards—they live them. They are data-driven, people-focused, and work together with one goal: to help our stores thrive.
This is not a siloed role. Directors work closely and constantly with one another, the COO, the executive team, and all stores to ensure alignment, accountability, and excellence in every part of the business.
