Our dog daycare environment is fun and stimulating but comes with certain risks. As a team member, you acknowledge and assume all risks associated with working with dogs, including but not limited to bites, scratches, and/or property damage. Dogtown carries worker’s compensation insurance if you may be injured at work.
Our top priority is the safety and well-being of all dogs in our care. By joining our team, you agree to follow all safety protocols and procedures and to report any safety concerns immediately.
Prior to being considered for employment at Dogtown applicants may be required to participate in a "working interview" as a second step following an initial interview. During the "working interview," the applicant will be given the opportunity to interact with dogs in our dog daycare room while being observed by a manager. This interview is no more than one hour in duration and is not intended to constitute employment. By participating in the "working interview," the applicant assumes all risks associated with working with dogs and agrees to take responsibility for any and all potential injuries or damages that may occur. The applicant further agrees not to engage in any risky behaviors, such as breaking up dog fights or engaging in any aggressive behaviors, and understands that doing so may result in immediate termination of the interview and/or any subsequent employment offer. In the interest of the applicant's safety, a manager will be present during the "working interview" to ensure the safety of both the applicant and the dogs. By participating in the "working interview," the applicant acknowledges and accepts these terms and conditions.
By submitting an application or accepting employment with us, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us for clarification.
