Important Update: Software Transition in Progress
We’re currently transitioning all Dogtown locations from Petexec to our new and improved scheduling and billing software, Gingr—and we’re doing it one location at a time, week by week.
If your location has not yet officially gone live:
Please continue to log in and manage your account through PetExec.
Once your store is live in the new system:
If you’re an existing PetExec client, you’ll use the same email address to log in—however, you’ll need to reset your password when logging into the new system for the first time.
