At Dogtown, the safety and well-being of your pet is our top priority. Our experienced staff is trained to monitor the play areas and intervene if necessary to prevent any incidents. We also have security cameras throughout the facility to ensure that your dog is safe and secure at all times. You can always tell us if something bothers you. While injuries and illness are possible, we do our best to reduce injuries as much as possible. Major injuries are very uncommon, while minor injuries may occur every now and then during normal dog play. This is because dogs play with their teeth and sometimes can get into little arguments, like children do. However, we do as much as possible to prevent these situations before they become a problem. Additionally, if there is an incident, we act to assure that dogs are cared for and get the veterinary attention they need.
