Yes, if your dog is matted, there will be additional fees. Also, breed-specific grooming and brush outs may not be possible. We might have to shave the dog down. We are not going to put dogs through suffering just to obtain a certain look the owner wants. Dogs who are prone to matting need to be brushed and maintained between grooms. We will always call you for consent before shaving down your dog.
